Monkey Bed is made of high-quality natural Alder wood, climbing elements are made of beech wood and cotton rope. Decorative panels are made of birch plywood. For painting, we use eco-friendly, water-based paints and varnish. Materials are carefully chosen for children and do not cause an allergic reaction.
We make sure that the beds are in perfect condition, therefore all parts of the product are polished by hands. The color of the product may be slightly from that shown in the photo, also can be lighter or darker because it is made of natural wood.

ASSEMBLING
We provide all required tools for assembling the bed, including manual instruction. Please use a T30 star bit and PZ2 cross-shaped bit, which are included with bed and a cordless power drill for faster assembly. One handyman is recommended for the assembly. A screwdriver can be used, but be careful not to twist the screws. Assembly may take 2-4 hours
SHIPPING
It would take 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends
DELIVERY
Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia – 14 - 25 business days. It should be remembered that during international transport there may be delays at customs
- We take responsibility for delivery: in case of damage or loss during delivery, we will send you a replacement. Once the delivery company provides proof of delivery, we do not take further responsibility
- Loss or theft after confirmed delivery is outside our responsibility. Please contact the delivery service or police for further investigation

The furniture is heavyweight and is packed in a big size box. Therefore you may need to pay customs duties and import taxes. We do not affect the amount of taxes, it depends on your country and its laws
The USA and EU member countries do not pay Custom Services Payments and Import fees
