Rolled (Unframed/Unstretched):
Ship in high-quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damage.
Once stretched onto the wooden base, the painting will return to its original flat state.

Framed Painting:
Ship after framing.

How to Tighten a Loose Sagging Canvas Painting:
If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen and sag, you can try the following:
Spray the back of the canvas with an even, fine layer of clean or distilled water. The canvas should tighten up after it dries.
Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.
