🛠️ The Stars Bed is constructed from high-quality natural Alder wood. The climbing elements are made from beech wood and cotton rope. Decorative panels are crafted from birch plywood. We use eco-friendly, water-based paints and varnish for a safe and beautiful finish. All materials are carefully selected for children's safety and are hypoallergenic.

🙌🏻 We ensure our beds are in perfect condition. All parts of the product are hand-polished for a smooth finish. Please note that the color of the product may slightly differ from the photo due to the natural variations in wood, appearing lighter or darker.

🔧 ASSEMBLING

We provide all the necessary tools for assembling the bed, along with manual instructions. For assembly, we recommend using a T30 star bit and a PZ2 cross-shaped bit (included with the bed) along with a cordless power drill for a quicker process. One handyman is recommended for assembly. A screwdriver can be used, but be cautious not to overtighten the screws.

📦 SHIPPING

Orders are typically delivered within 7-19 business days. Please note that shipping and production are separate processes, each with its own timeline. We prepare and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

🛻 DELIVERY

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days. Shipping to Europe takes 9-19 business days (with slightly longer delivery times to Italy and Spain). For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia, delivery takes 14-25 business days. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays at customs.

● We take responsibility for delivery. In case of damage or loss during transit, we will send you a replacement. Once the delivery service confirms delivery, we are no longer responsible.

● Loss or theft after confirmed delivery is outside our responsibility. Please contact the delivery service or police for further investigation.

● Before contacting us, we recommend checking your backyard, garage, or with your neighbors.
