🛠️ Tower Bed is made of high-quality natural Alder wood, climbing elements are made of beech wood and cotton rope. Decorative panels are made of birch plywood. For painting, we use eco-friendly, water-based paints and varnish. Materials are carefully chosen for children and do not cause an allergic reaction
🙌🏻 We make sure that the beds are in perfect condition, therefore all parts of the product are polished by hands. The color of the product may be slightly from that shown in the photo, also can be lighter or darker because it is made of natural wood

🔧 ASSEMBLING
We provide all required tools for assembling the bed, including manual instruction. Please use a T30 star bit and PZ2 cross-shaped bit, which are included with bed and a cordless power drill for faster assembly. A screwdriver can be used, but be careful not to twist the screws

It would take 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia – 14 - 25 business days. Care instructions: Useful furniture care tips: - Remove dust with a dry soft cloth (suede, microfiber, flannel) or special panicles. - Scrapers or hard sponges leave slight scratches when sweating. Use only a soft cloth. - Wipe the surface with special antistatic agents. - Remove dirt with soapy water, then wipe the furniture surface dry. You can also use wet wipes. - Never use harsh cleaning agents containing chemicals, solvents, or chlorine. Do not use abrasive cleaners, soda.

Precautions: We advise parents to take care of kids safety and attach all children furniture in kids bedroom to wall as you can't be sure what child will do alone. Warranty Policy: We have 2 years warranty if you keep the recommendations on the weight capacity and care instructions of the items. Thus in case of any damage, please contact us and we'll send you the replacement for free. DO NOT LEAVE THE ITEMS OUTSIDE. THEY ARE FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. Our warranty does not cover the damages caused by the weather conditions if items are left for storage outside.
Returning Parcel Packing Requirements (Client Responsibilities): 1.Provide accurate parcel info. 2.Include a photo of the parcel/item for return analysis. 3.Disassemble products before packing. 4.The goods must be packed in a box or carefully wrapped with cardboard, tape and stretch film. 5.Share parcel dimensions and special handling needs with the seller. 6.Print and attach seller-provided shipping label. 7.Verify pickup eligibility with the seller. ⚠️ Note: Returning assembled products may incur extra fees.
